REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Duties: -The Registered Nurse is responsible for observing and administering nursing care to patients as directed by the immediate facility supervisor. -Responsible for accurately reporting the condition of the patient to the appropriate supervisor or other staff members. -Responsible for performing assessments and procedures, which require substantial specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon principals of psychological, biological, physical and social sciences. -Responsible for making decisions that are based on the individual's education preparation and expertise in nursing. -Responsible for coordinating the care of all assigned patients to assess and identify their in accordance with facility standards.
Qualifications: -Graduate of accredited school of nursing and current license to practice in the state in which employed. -Twelve months of accumulated experience within the past five years; new graduate in lieu of twelve months of accumulated experience, recently graduated persons will be eligible for employment after the completion of 1200 verified hours of employment with in the past twelve months. -Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the work force, both clinically and non-clinically. -Able to successfully perform and prioritize multiple functions or tasks. -Able to bend, stoop, stand, kneel, squat and freely reach. -Able to lift 50 lbs with or without assistance. -Able to read and interpret technical instructions related to the patient's care. -Able to see and hear well enough to observe and assess the patient. -Must adapt to changing work environment rapidly. -Must provide results of annual TB test and other state-required tests. -Must provide current certification of CPR training. -Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background checks.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Duties: -Responsible for quality care rendered to patients at facilities. -The LVN/LPN is responsible for observing and administering nursing care to patients as directed by the immediate facility supervisor. -Responsible for accurately reporting the condition of the patient to the appropriate supervisor or other staff members. -Responsible for performing assessments and procedures, which require substantial specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon principals of psychological, biological, physical and social sciences. -Responsible for making decisions that are based on the individual's education preparation and expertise in nursing. -Responsible for assisting in the care of all assigned patients to assess and identify their in accordance with facility standards.

CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (CNA)
Qualifications: -Must be 18 years of age or older. -Ability to read and write consistent with job requirements. -Completion of a basic aide training program consistent with state and federal requirements and for which a certificate was obtained. -Must provide current certification of CPR training. -Must be able to hear and speak in a manner understood by most people. -Must be able to stoop and bend. -Able to assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, walking and transfers. -Must be able to travel to prospective customers' residences. -Must be able to lift, turn, and transfer customers weighing up to 200 lbs. -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. -Satisfactory performance on a competency evaluation and annual re-evaluation. -Completion of six months employment as a nurse's aide in a hospital or health-related facility. -Has the emotional and mental maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining a good work relationship with the customer, and the personnel of A-1 CAREERS office. -Reliable means of transportation. -Must have six months experience as a certified nurse aide.
